This development arises out of more than 3 years of market research which has enabled us to identify the needs and wants of the local housing market.

It very quickly became evident to us of a lack of luxury home provision. Homes that provide low cost maintenance at an affordable price and that offer both space and the ability to feel part of the local Thai community.

We therefore commissioned the services of a local architect and construction engineer to enable us to realize our objectives.

What has been designed will surely meet both our objectives and our customer aspirations.
